GP ST and CMT Knowledge Tests

In 2009, the Royal College of Physicians are piloting the use of the GP ST exam for CMT applications. Applicants for both the GP ST and CMT will sit exactly the same exam. The results of sitting the GP ST knowledge test will count for both specialities.

Our GP ST Stage 2 and CMT Knowledge Test resource contains both Clinical Problem Solving questions designed to test applied medical knowledge relevant to Foundation competencies, across a broad range of specialties and Situational Judgement questions that assess attitudes and behaviours. In total the resource contains over 1,000 questions.

To fully support your revision, the interactive questions are marked as you proceed, providing answers, explanations and further reading.

Identify your areas of strength and weakness and focus your revision on specific curriculum areas to improve your score.
