Biography
Dr Tony Calland is chairman of the BMA medical ethics committee, and a recently retired GP.Dr Andrew Hartle is chair of the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust's Clinical Ethics Committee and clinical lead in anaesthesia at St Mary's hospital in London.
