Learning outcomes

1) Recognise what anaphylaxis is;

2) Review the epidemiology of anaphylaxis;

3) Recognise the symptoms and signs of anaphylaxis;

4) Show how to treat anaphylaxis in the acute setting;

5) Review how to plan discharge and longer term management of patients who have had an anaphylactic episode.
