Idiopathic constipation and nocturnal enuresis in childhood: a guide to management - in association with NICE
Learning outcomes
After completing this module you should:
- Be able to diagnose and manage idiopathic constipation in children and young people (up to 19 years) according to recent guidelines from the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE)
- Know the red flag symptoms and signs in constipation that will lead you to refer patients to a specialist
- Be able to assess and manage nocturnal enuresis in children and young people according to recent NICE guidelines
- Know the indications for specialist referral in children and young people with nocturnal enuresis.
