  • Develop a comprehensive patient notification and engagement plan for your bundled payment program
  • Describe several approaches to patient notification and protections
  • Discuss specific strategies in the following key areas:
    • Timely communication between patients and clinical team members
    • Accessible health education/health literacy interventions
    • Meaningful cost and quality comparisons for staff and patients
    • Shared, active decision making with patients about the pros and cons of treatment options.
