Advanced communication skills part 2: the middle of the consultation – with Roger Neighbour

This second in a series of three audio modules looks at how to conduct the middle of a consultation once you have built a rapport with the patient and identified their key health issue. The authors discuss a basic five step communication model to help deal with the most challenging patients and scenarios. Using case examples, they examine what to say and how to act in difficult situations.
