Disciplining employees

This module aims to take you through the important role that disciplinary processes can play in helping you as the employer to exercise control over your workforce, and in setting clear expected standards for your employees to meet. We will take a look at what the law requires of employers carrying out disciplinary hearings, and the major litigation risks when taking this form of action.
