Inclusion essentials

An inclusive organisation is one that's able to leverage diversity of skills, experience and perspectives in a way that enables everyone to give their best and delivers competitive advantage. Combining thought-provoking drama with insight from leading equality, diversity and inclusion experts, Inclusion Essentials looks at how to identify and respond to discrimination, harassment and bullying in the workplace and offers guidance on creating an inclusive working environment and providing an inclusive service.

  • The basic provisions of the Equality Act 2010
  • The key benefits of having an inclusive working environment
  • How to provide a genuinely inclusive and accessible customer experience
