Team Dynamics for Primary Care Networks
Primary care networks (PCNs) are groups of general practices working closely together, with other primary and community care staff and health and care organisations, providing integrated services to their local populations. With modern healthcare increasingly being delivered by multi-disciplinary teams, this module explores the dynamics of teamworking to help you understand how you can support your colleagues and contribute effectively to the development of teams within primary care networks.
On completion of this module you should be able to:
- Appreciate the strengths and challenges of working with multi-disciplinary teams at scale
- Understand the development and dynamics of teams
- Learn more about creating a team culture that works for you and your team(s).
