Module 1: The role of the BMA and national and local negotiations

Welcome to the first of our e-learning modules to help you understand your role as a BMA representative. It will familiarise you with the BMA's position as a trade union, and how national and local negotiations work. It also provides a comprehensive breakdown of the decision-making structures of the BMA to give you a clearer picture of where you fit in, as well as details of our code of conduct and the support available from our member relations team.
